The club’s Annual General Meeting had been planned to take place at the Clubhouse at 7pm on Tuesday, 6 July 2021.

The Executive have decided that, given current local circumstances with the Covid situation, we will once again hold the AGM virtually – i.e. not at the Club as had been hoped. 

This decision has been taken in the best interests of all members and the wider community. We avoid the risk of any possibility of transfer of infection and, equally as importantly, give all members the opportunity to attend and contribute to the meeting where they might otherwise have felt uncomfortable in making a visit to the clubhouse environment – albeit socially distanced. 

Details for the meeting to be held on the Zoom platform have been emailed to all members.

The decisions taken at the 2020 AGM, held virtually, will be ratified.

Any member that is unable to take part in the meeting is welcome to submit any question(s) they may have to the Honorary Secretary or any other Member who will present them on their behalf.
