Driffield let the victory slip through their fingers. The much better side for 70 minutes, winning 24-10 going into the final spell.
Some scrappy defending gave Kendal hope, and a lack of composure and unneeded penalties gave Kendal a kick to the corner and a driving maul try. The conversion by Moir to get the draw was brilliant.
